Mary is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry and has been in practice since 1998.  Her focus is providing the best dental treatment for each individual patient, to educate and communicate treatment needs, and to develop a trusting long term relationship with each person. Mary has lived in Colorado for 16 years and is a native of Minnesota.

Mary is a graduate of the School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota. Her family enjoys all the seasonal sports, spending time in the mountains hiking and skiing, and this summer they are looking to forward dirt biking and camping.

Amber is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry.  She was born and raised here in beautiful Colorado. Amber has been a hygienist since 2000 and is a graduate of CCD’s dental hygiene program. Amber is married to her high school sweetheart, Matt.  They have two boys and they all love to camp and enjoy the outdoors. She has a great passion for dental hygiene and makes it her mission to make all her patients feel comfortable and welcome!

Sara is the heart and soul of Mairs Family Dentistry. A seasoned dental professional since 1998, she’s been with the practice since 2008—back when Dr. Mairs first took the reins—and has played a key role in its incredible growth ever since.

While she’s not a dentist or hygienist, there’s hardly an aspect of the dental office she doesn’t masterfully manage. From patient care and financials to team leadership and operations, Sara keeps the whole ship running smoothly. Her passion for helping patients feel at ease and her commitment to learning make her a powerhouse leader for the team.

With her warm, outgoing personality, Sara brings both fun and calm to the office every day. She’s married to Don, and together they have a daughter, Taylor, and two lovable black labs, Haley and Bobby.

Penny has been the treatment coordinator for Mairs Family Dentistry since March 2014. Penny is a former nurse and a graduate of York College in Nebraska and Lutheran Hospital School of nursing in Lubbock, Texas. Penny will be the first one to greet you with her sunny smile when you walk into the office and her pleasant voice will be the first one you will hear on the phone.

Penny’s family consists of her late husband, Chris, and her children Colton, Cody, and Nikki. She also has two dogs and one cat. She spends her free time camping, boating and doing other outdoor activities with her family. She also enjoys reading books, watching movies, and completing puzzles.

Holly has been a hygienist since 1995 when she graduated from CCD.  She treats her patients like family and passionate about nutrition and health. She’s a Colorado native that has been married for 21 years with two kids and one dog. When Holly’s not in the office she’s most likely at Disney, the beach, or a concert.

Jessica is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry. She was raised in a dental family and has been a hygienist since 2009. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!) and served as president of her dental hygiene class. She loves being a hygienist and strives to make appointments a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Jessica met her husband Jason while they were attending OU. They moved their family to Colorado in 2015 and have fallen in love with the state. They stay pretty busy keeping up with their two kids, Dylan and Harper. She enjoys DIY projects, gardening, and exploring Colorado with her family.

Originally from Chicago, Bobby made the move to Colorado in 2024 and dove headfirst into the dental world. Though new to the field, he’s already found a true passion for patient care—especially when it comes to helping people feel confident in their smiles.

Outside the office, Bobby’s all about soaking up Colorado life. Whether he’s hiking, fishing, relaxing by the pool, or discovering new music, he’s always on the lookout for his next adventure. We’re thrilled to have him as part of our team, bringing energy, heart, and a patient-first mindset to everything he does.

Maddy is a hygienist at Mairs Family Dentistry and has been practicing since 2015. She is passionate about providing comfortable, personalized preventative dental care and building lasting relationships with her patients.

Maddy moved to Colorado in December 2023. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 before continuing her education at Blinn College, where she completed the Dental Hygiene program in 2015.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountain towns, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Daisy May.

Alexandria Aguilar has been an essential part of the dental field since 2013, and her passion for helping others shines through in every aspect of her work. A Florida native, Alexandria moved to Colorado in the 5th grade, where she quickly grew to appreciate the beauty and adventure of the Rocky Mountain life.

As a skilled dental assistant, Alexandria works closely with patients and the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures. Her experience and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable part of our practice.

Outside of work, Alexandria enjoys spending her time exploring the wilderness, hiking, and caring for her collection of rats and bearded dragons. Her love for animals and the outdoors reflects her vibrant, compassionate nature.

With her warm personality and commitment to excellent care, Alexandria helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our patients.

Cassee joined the dental world in 2019 and has been working in healthcare since 2012. As our go-to billing coordinator, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—think of her as the financial conductor ensuring every note is in perfect harmony.

When she’s not juggling claims and codes, Cassee channels her creative energy into crafts and unwinding in her garden. She’s accompanied by her two feline pals, Amilio and Minsey, who love to supervise her outdoor projects. Their company brings extra smiles to her green-thumb moments!

Originally from Montana, Danielle made Colorado home in 2010—the same year she started her journey in dentistry. As our Treatment Coordinator, she’s the friendly face helping patients understand their care plans and feel confident about their next steps.

When she’s not guiding patients through treatment options, Danielle is likely tending to her gardens, exploring new places, or getting lost in a great book. Her calm, thoughtful presence makes every visit just a little brighter.

Tori has been a dedicated dental assistant since 2016 and brings both skill and heart to every patient interaction. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, she moved to Denver in 2025—bringing her signature Southern warmth and passion for dentistry to the Mile High City.

She loves making meaningful connections with patients and helping them feel more confident—one smile at a time. Outside the office, Tori is often curled up with a good book, crafting something creative, jamming out at a live show, or lounging in her hammock—wherever she can find the perfect trees to hang it.
